Our client is a well-established company in the PENRITH area that work with builders, developers and the general public to look after all of their air conditioning needs.
We are looking for an experienced Administrator
to join their close-knit team and look after day to day office administration as well as coordinating installations and services.
This role would suit someone who is happy to turn their hand to anything within an office environment and enjoys a role that is a mixture of administration & customer service.
Responsibilities include:
- Handling incoming enquiries via phone and email
- Meet and greet visitors
- Entering jobs and scheduling technicians
- Liaise with customers regarding booking jobs in, follow ups and any site specific requirements
- Preparation of quotes and/or service agreements, as required
- Ordering parts
- Updating and maintaining databases
- Liaising with suppliers
- Manage office supplies and uniform orders
- Receiving and booking freight
- General admin duties
From a skills perspective, you have an excellent telephone manner, accurate typing and data entry and are comfortable with daily use of email, Word and Excel.
Experience with AroFlo, ServiceM8 or similar and/or a background in a role where you have coordinated bookings would be a definite advantage.
Hours are 8.00am – 4.30pm Monday to Friday. This role is located in the PENRITH area. Parking is provided. Salary on offer is $70K - $75K + super.
