The sort of person we are looking for is highly organised, dependable, understands the importance of confidentiality and can deal comfortably and confidently with people across all levels of the business.
Responsibilities would include:
- Providing efficient and professional administrative support to the CEO and Executive team
- Extensive calendar management and scheduling of meetings with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate room bookings for internal and external meetings and ensure all meeting logistics are arranged.
- Prepare and circulate board papers, agendas and minutes.
- Participation in other regular meetings, including coordinating agendas and taking meeting minutes, as required.
- Organising catering for meetings and ensuring meeting rooms are set up prior to meetings.
- Inbox and task management for the Executive Team, including diarising deadlines and escalating matters where appropriate.
- Assist with other duties to ensure the smooth running of the corporate office.
To be considered for this opportunity, you would have relevant MS Office skills and a minimum of five years previous experience working in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role.
