, this two day per week role (15-16 hours per week) located in NARELLAN may be ideal.
This position is working for a member-based not for profit organisation with more than 8,500 members across the country.
Varied role with day to day duties involve assisting with admin tasks to support the day to day operation of the organisation, as well as supporting members and branches with enquiries.
Responsibilities would include -
- Handling telephone enquiries
- Daily banking
- Preparing and posting orders (think t-shirts etc, not heavy items)
- Checking stock levels/stocktaking
- Data Entry
- Dealing with member enquiries
- Processing new memberships, renewals etc
- General day to day office duties
- Ability to work well with other job share team members
- Ability to get around in Outlook, Word, Excel and willingness to learn membership database and basic MYOB
After initial cross training period, your days would be either Tuesday & Thursday or Wednesday & Thursday (8.00am - 4.30pm, 8.30am - 4.30pm or similar hours). Having some flexibility to work additional days during lead up to member events and to cover other staff holidays would be a definite advantage.
