Are you an experienced Quality, Compliance, Safety & Procedures Officer who thrives on improving systems and creating a safer workplace?
This is a newly created role with a growing, yet very well-established, CAMDEN region business.
Working closely with leadership, you’ll play a key role in further building upon systems and improving operational standards across the manufacturing, service and installation divisions of the business.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining and improving Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- Driving compliance across WHS, quality, and operational procedures
- Conducting audits, investigations, and corrective actions
- Developing SOPs, Safe Work Procedures, and technical documentation
- Coordinate safety meetings, safety training, toolbox talks and inductions
- Supporting continuous improvement projects across operations
- Ensuring compliance with relevant Australian standards and legislation
- Building a strong culture of accountability, safety, and quality
The type of person we are looking for is a confident, proactive individual, who is practical and detail oriented, yet also solutions-focused and able to communicate effectively across the business to influence positive change.
Proven experience in a Quality, Safety or compliance role, ideally from within an industrial or manufacturing environment, along with relevant WHS qualifications is essential.
